Shipping & Returns

SALES TAX
All orders shipped to New York will be charged a 8.625% sales tax.


PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders that are in-stock are processed within 3 weeks, except during peak seasons (such as Christmas, Easter, etc...) when it may take up to 6 weeks. Processing time does not include shipping time.


CREDIT CARDS

We currently accept:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express

When paying with a Credit Card, you authorize Catpro Inc. to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping & handling, and any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed.


CHECKS

We currently accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal and company checks. Make all checks payable to Catpro Inc. and send to:

Please note: We hold all personal and company checks for 10 business days (not including weekends).


BOUNCED CHECKS

If you bounce a check like a Balzac, there is a $15 fee for any check sent to our company that bounces.


PROMOTIONS & FREE GIFTS

Various promotions and Free Gifts may be offered. These promotions and Free Gifts are always for a limited time, and are usually limited in quantity. All Free Gifts are on a FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.  Quantities are Limited and will be offered ONLY while supplies last.

There is a limit of one Free Gift per order.  Free Gift orders cannot be combined with Purchased Goods orders.

Promotions and Free Gifts are subject to change at any time without notice.


SHIPPING FREE GIFTS

There is a limit of one Free Gift per customer.  Shipping and Handling Charges or any Free Gift is $5.99.  Free Gifts will not be shipped to any destination outside the United States including Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Canada.

Free gifts are processed and then shipped up to 3-6 weeks after receipt of payment of shipping and handling charges.

Free Gifts are not returnable and under no circumstances will the Shipping & Handling charges be refunded.


SHIPPING Purchased Items

There is a flat rate of $5.99 for the Shipping & Handling of Balzac items purchased and being shipped anywhere in the United States. Items will not be shipped to any destination outside the United States including Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Canada.

If you wish to make a purchase to be shipped Internationally, please call customer service at 1-516 921-3100 or email lp@BalzacToys.com detailing the items you wish to purchase, the quantity and the shipping address for a specific shipping quote.

Orders will be processed within 3-6 weeks, which excludes shipping time.

Once a package has been sent, under no circumstances will the shipping and handling charges be refunded.


WRONG ADDRESS, STOLEN PACKAGES, & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Wrong Address: If USPS fails to deliver a package because the address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent.
Stolen Packages: Packages are sometimes left by the carrier on a doorstep if no one is home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to secure the package. If the package is stolen, CATPRO Inc. will not be held responsible, and will not replace the package.
Unclaimed Shipments: If a package we sent is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept only "International Money Orders" for orders placed from outside the United States.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently offer International and U.S. Territory shipping. This includes shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States.


LOCAL TAXES and CUSTOM DUTIES

Customers, not CATRPO Inc., inc. are responsible for any local taxes or customs duties which may arise because of the order.

REFUND POLICY
FREE GIFTS:  There are no refunds or returns permitted for Free Gifts. Under no circumstances will the Shipping & Handling charges be refunded for Free Gifts.

PURCHASED ITEMS (INCLUDING “BUY ONE GET ONE FREE”): If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging, balloons and discs, if any) within 30 days for a full refund, less all shipping and handling costs.  All purchases that were part of a “Buy One Get One Free promotion” MUST return both items in their original, unused condition (including all original packaging, balloons and discs, if any) within 30 days to receive a refund, less all shipping and handling costs.
